Hmm. Do you have Wisbar, uMP2k? What Today applications are you running and what versions? You SHOULD be able to hit the 30MB barrier, so I'm having trouble figuring out why you'd be running with the reduced load... outside of any problems with the WM5 upgrade image, perhaps.
