Mobility Site - View Single Post - How do I removed duplicate contact and calendar entries

After a couple of replacement x50s and an upgrade to an x51v I have muptiple duplicates in my contact (4 of everything) and some duplicates in my calendar. Is there some easy way to fix this. I don't want to have to remove them by hand.
