From what I can work out the "order status" page we get here in Australia is very different to the one they get in the US. I ordered my AXIM on June 18th and my order status is the same as yours. It hasn't changed in a week. I rang DELL and there is a delay in production due the release of MW2003 so things are on hold. My interpretation is as it goes through each stage the relative info appears. If you have nothing next to "order status:" (third row it the first section) then it doesn't look good. I don't think it has shipped.
I will add that this is the first time I have ordered anything from DELL through their web site, so this is the blind leading the blind.
