klepto, when you have clients account numbers on your ppc, with their passwords, all info etc - you will learn the need for strong encryptions in case the pda was stolen. with this info, anyone could go and make damages worth of millions of dollars. if you have a respected profile company you can't afford it. :)

anyway- how do you know that once the strong alphanumeric is entered, the whole PPC is encrypted ? Where did you pull that info from? If that is the case, well man - I can't ask for anything more. Please confirm that with a link to resources. ( I have been trying to read about that on Windows Mobile 5 website, but I can't find anything about the system being encrypted while not signed on. It is kinda hard to believe it - if the whole PPC is encrypted, how come the password screen comes up. Something HAS to be uncrypted for this to work.
