I have no clue what I did, but for the last 2 weeks, everytime I place my X3i into the cradle, the activesync add/remove programs wizard starts up. It does not show that anything is trying to be installed. I click on ok to install into the default folder, but everytime it comes back up. Is there some setting in an ini file somewhere or some file I can delete to make activesync not be confused???
