I would suggest
1) Asking PocketMirror support (they're usually pretty good), or
2) Instead of using a separate folder for Business Contacts, keep all your contacts in one folder, then use "Categories" to classify which ones are business contacts.

I had the same issue and it is relates to the Sygate security Agent, with that and the combination of WM5 and AS 4x, does not work, I downgrade the palm to WM2003SE and now I can Sync...

Have you tried using the V2 Business Contacts upgrade and the add-in BCMV2PPC??? These can be downloaded off of MS Office site. I just found these the other day and use them with 2003se. I don't know if they work for 2005 though.
