ActiveSync Phone Home?

Just built a new computer, and upgraded the internal Windows firewall to Kerio. It just caught ActiveSync trying to connect to 207.46.245.61 on port 80. Samspade says that IP belongs to Microsoft (something called the MICROSOFT-GLOBAL-NET). I can only assume I haven't seen this before because I was using Norton as my firewall.

Since it's port 80, it could possibly be some software on my Axim trying to use passthru to connect, but I don't have anything that should be connecting to Microsoft. Anybody come across this before?

Oops. Nevermind. Turns out that website is an MSNBC server, and PocketWeather was connecting so it would know whether it was sunny or rainy (or weather, I guess).
