the exlpre button on AS returns an empty foler
cant see anything can add anything

this hasnt worked for a while but want it to work now

well i found the answer

hope this helps anybody else who gets the sames problem

i blocked windows explorer with zone alarm firewall - allow it and you should solve the problem
