Won't Sync/PLEASE HELP

My stupid axim x50v will not sync. It used to sync perfectly and now all of a sudden it will not. The newest thing I put on was SPB weather but I turned the sync off and it still won't work. When I connect the Axim it starts up but after a few seconds a hear a beep and it says not connected. WHat do I do someone please help.

I had the same thing happen.Sync just stopped working.I reinstalled sync and it's working ok now.
