I deployed a new X51 to a user who already had Outlook 2002 installed. Everything setup fine, except that she does not have the option to select contacts, email, calendar, tasks, and notes. Those selections are grayed out in ActiveSync options. She can, however, sync favorites, files, and windows media.

Any ideas?

don't know if this is any help.

I had AS working fine, then I created another outlook profile, and now the outlook items are greyed out. I deleted the outlook profile ( back to the single default Outlook profile) and it still doesn't work now.

upto version 4.1 AS and it's still flakey...
