Sync'g 2 PCs w/ different Software
I just purchased my first PDA…Axim x51. YAY for me. I have always been a gadget guy, but I rely heavily on my Franklin Planner. The prioritized task list and daily notes sections are important to me.
Franklin Covey offers Plan Plus for Outlook as a software package which mimics the paper based system perfectly. However, my corporate IT won't allow the installation of personal software on my work PC. If I purchased this software and installed on my home PC, sync’d to my PDA, and then later sync’d to my work PC which won’t have Plan Plus; will I still be able to retain the functionality of Plan plus on the PDA? I plan to use the PDA as the main source for adding and editing items on Plan Plus, but I want to be able to sync my calendar and meeting items from my work Outlook. Most of the sync’ing will occur between the PDA and work (w/o plan plus) rather than with my home PC.
I’ve checked out the Fusion and PI, but they don’t quite have the format I’m looking for.
