Is 3rd party software better than Activesync?
Should I use 3rd party apps such as Intellisync or rubber stamp data sync instead of activesync, please help Experts...

If you need really sophisticated PIM synchronization capabilities (for example field mapping), then, yes. If you don't need them, then, it's not worth getting them. All depends on your needs and whether you find AS sufficient.
