Im a local IT admin at my work site. I have a user that got the nice little upgrade package from Dell to upgrade his Axim(not sure of the model) to WM 5.0. We all know that you have to use Activesync 4.0 for WM 5.0. I realize know how much I hate this new version of Activesync. Heres the problem:

User installed Activesync on his home PC and its working ok. Tried it here at work, he gets the following error: "The wizard was interrupted before Microsoft Activesync 4.0 could be completely installed."

I tried the install on my PC, got the same error message. We have a customized version of Zone Alarm(Which I removed from my PC for test purposes). Still got the error message.

Windows XP Pro/SP2(Optiplex GX280 w/512MB RAM)
Automatic Windows updates via the SUS client
Symantec Antivirus (Corporate) 8.0
Zone Labs Integrity Client

Any ideas?
