You can add 169.254.2.1 (pocket pc) into trust zone in ZoneAlarm.

I am a bit leary of upgrading right now, since 4.0 is working perfectly for me. I don't want to upgrade and mess something up.

I received wm5 and installed activesync 4.0 from the received CD. No luck syncing with outlook. I did some reading and what I read inidcated a problem with firewalls (althought I have not got one active, not even msft). I download 4.1 but that didn't help. I uninstalled the whole lot, well sort off... it crashed in the middle of the uninstall. Now I don't have active sync installed and it won't install a new copy due to the ghot of activesync past. Has anyone run into this ? I'm not sure exactly what to do next.....

Thanks for anyones help.
Karl
