ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

Active sync Dialog box
When i sync i no longer see the dialog box that show the sync operations, it dissapears suddenly yesterday, after my axim being very very hot and unable to open. I had to do a soft reset but no more dialog box!!


Does anyone know what to do to reactive that box ??
