ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

Contacts & Calendar dont sync
Hi, I am running ActiveSync 3.8 and I had no problem sync with my Axim X30 till today: I CANNOT sync Calendar & Contacts, the ActiveSync windows says: sync status is on the device.And I've got an error DEV_9 ON THE PDA. Anybody can help ?
