I'm using AS3.8 with a x30i. It's been working fine over both the USB cradle and Bluetooth.

Several days ago I started having problems. When I first connect, the AS GUI appears, then it takes over a minute before the sync selections appear and the sync begins. This occurs over both the USB and Bluetooth connections.

I uninstalled AS, cleaned the registry, and did a fresh install with the same results. I am running XP Pro SP2, and have scanned for viruses, spyware, and trojans. None of my other programs have slowed down. No new programs have been installed, and I did the SCANPST and Outlook PST file compression.

The only thing I did was to do a hard reset and re-install my programs on the Dell, since there were some programs I wanted to clean off.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
