this issue just arrised a few weeks ago. before activesync worked beautifully, with no issues to speak of. now, i have to reboot my computer before activesync finally connects. how do i fix this? i've tried opening activesync on my ppc and on my computer, all to no avail. i dont know what to do anymore... any help would be much-appreciated.

traced it down to a faulty usb hub. it had always worked before, but lately started acting up (not just with my pda). i plugged the cradle directly into my computer and it now works fine.
