What does "Sync Status on Device" mean?

Once again I was messing around w/ my PDA and now on my ActivSync screen on my computer the message "Sync Status is on Device" appears beside Calander, Contacts, and Inbox. What does this mean? Could it have something to do w/ why some items are not syncing b/n the two anymore? How do I fix it?

This happens when you set it to sync with a server. In ActiveSync, there is an option to sync with a server. Uncheck it and you should be good. Sorry I can't be more specific but I am not in front of a computer with ActiveSync on it. If no one has clarified, I will post with more details tomorrow.

That worked! Thank you. Even after a year, I am still really unfamilar w/ my device.

Happy to hear it fixed it. I had that problem when I first got my Axim and played around a little too much.
