I finally got Activesync to work directly with my company's Exchange server. The trick was to use the IP address of the server, I was using the URL

Now that works and I'm happy, but there's a new problem. When the Axim's in the cradle, it won't synch with the Exchange server. I've got the bluetooth and wifi turned off. Pocket IE can pull up web pages just fine when it's in the cradle, but Activesync can't find the Exchange server.

I've got a x50v with WM5 and Active sync 4.1.

Any ideas?
