activesync / schedule button greyed out

for some reason the schedule button on activesync 4.1 is greyed out and I cannot access it. do I need to reinstall activesync to get this back? to be honest I don't know if it was ever there to begin with.

x51v with A01,,,,I know upgrade to A06 but will this fix the problem?
