When I try to install a program on the x50v, the add/remove program window looks like it's going to open, hangs there for about 10 seconds then closes.

Re-installed ActiveTrash 3.7 - nothing. Installed ActiveTurd 3.8 - nothing. Soft reset - nothing. Lit a candle, said a prayer, sacrificed a chicken, soft reset again - nothing.

Searched forums for an hour and a half while sacrificed chicken cooked - Nothing....

Any help?
