Sync problem

Getting this message in trying to sync Outlook to WM5 with X51V
Synchronization cannot be started because you are not able to log on to the network and access info. Restart you desktop and synch again

The only thing that doesnét synch is NOTES every other part of Outlook does

I need your expertise guys
