Can't get data after upgrading from 2003SE to WM5

I upgraded my X50 from 2003SE to WM5, but after I did, it won't reload all my contacts, etc. I can see the information in Outlook 2003, but it won't load it onto my Pocket PC. I'm running ActiveSync 4.1.

This could tie hand in hand with an error message I'm getting when the thing syncs: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. Support Code 86000108.
