Just because Microsoft has reorganised its web site, so that items get a new date, doesn't mean its a new version.....

The SETUP.EXE has an internal Version Number of 4.1.4841

It seems that it is the same version that I had before. I would hope they would bring wireless syncing back sometime in the future, but I don't think that will happen.
