Activesync Won't Sync everything!

I noticed that the info in my PDA and outlook are not in sync, especially in the calendar. If one appointment is in my Axim, it isn't in my Outlook, and vice-versa, and these are important appointments that I need to be reminded of. Why is it not syncing properly?

Check to make sure the PDA is correctly connected (that AS on the PC and PDA both think they're connected and synced) and check Options under the Tools menu to make sure you have the settings correct on syncing calender items.

Im having somewhat of the same troubles although it appears Outlook is intact. If i create an appointment in the Axim, it will appear in Outlook after syncing. If i create an appointment in Outlook, it does not appear in the Axim after syncing. I tried tinkering with the settings, but no such luck. Active sync doesn't report any errors. I'll keep poking around and if I can find something I will post it back...
