For some reason everytime that I connect through activesync, it causes any of my windows that i have in the forground begins to flash from active to nonactive - top bar goes from dark blue to grey every few seconds. It makes typing, etc. extremely difficult! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as it is me insane! Thanks!

Go to your processor power settings and fiddle with those. Sometimes if mines on Max Processor power it will flicker like you describe.

I tried that...but it still did the stupid flashing...any other ideas?

I am having the same problem...it usually clears up without rebooting, but as I am impatient, I usually end up rebooting. Please let me know if you find a solution. Thanks, Paul
