How to sync Mail acouts?

Hi,

someone know how I can sync my outlok mail acounts? on the outlook of axtim he set as default an hotmail and a outlook acount. bou the pda outlook acount hve no acounts. and on my deskpot i hve more acounts on my outlook, active sync donn't sync the acounts? is there another possibility?
