Don't want to use Active Synq.

Hi.

Stuck at work at the moment (so haven't got my Dell CD with me). I have got a USB cable here, so I can power my X51v from my works computer. (If I use the wall power supply I'd have to get all the cables tested, so prefer the USB route).

However, when I plug it in, Windows 2000 asks for the drivers for the device.

I don't want to synq my work PC with my device, so I don't want to install Active Synq (plus work probably won't let me install it anyway). Where can I just get the device drivers for my X51v?

Bar powering it, the only thing I might want to do with it is copy the odd file to my compact flash card. (Though I have enough USB keys to transfer stuff to home on).

At the moment, I've just disabled the device.

You'll need something like Card Export II to do what you want. It makes your Ax work like a USB drive. I'll google it for more details.

Looks good.

Thank you. That appears to be exactly what I need.

Card Export II might not be compatible with WM5 yet; I'd check that out before installing.
