Syncing Problem with IPAllicons
After returning from lunch, syncing encountered a problem with the files. The error message is as follows:

[Cannot convert file 'IPAllIcons'. The source image must e 16 color, 256 color, or 24-bit color to be converted. Use the Windows Paint appliction to save the image in one of these formats and then retry the conversion.]

I did a search for IPAllIcons, but did not fine it. I'm unsure why this problem developed. Any suggestions?
