I currently have an X 30 with Windows Mobile 2003. I am using Activesync version 3.7.1 I just purchased an Axim X 51V that came with Windows Mobile 5. I would like to use both of these handhelds and my question before I get started is what happens when and if I load the new version 4 of activesync on my computer? Will it install separately or overwrite the old one? And if so will this cause problems syncing the old handheld? Or will Activesync 4 work with with the old Windows? Thanks for any info

I don't think they can coexist. Either the 4.0 installation will remove 3.7.1 automatically, or it will force you to uninstall the older version before installing the newer.

More bad news: 4.0 is incompatible with WM2003SE, and 3.7.1 is incompatible with WM5.
