Calendar items off by a day

I've searched for this in the forum but didn't see anything. Maybe I'm the only one with the problem...

I just got my X51v yesterday. Sync'd it and now all the calendar items (for future items) are shifted back by a day. So an item that shows in my Outlook 2003 calendar as being for 2/17 is showing up on the Axim for 2/16.

Very frustrating. Anyone else experience this?

I'm using ActiveSync 4.1 and Outlook 2003

OK, I got it. I allowed the Axim to sync before I had set it up initially. Thus the timezone was off and that caused the issue. To correct it I made a backup using SpriteBackup 5 that included all but the PIM info. Did a hard reset and then restored my stuff... worked like a charm.
