Mad Support Code:85010014 With AS 4.1

I have tried on my own for the last 2 days to resolve this issue on my own and with Dell support today and have not found a solution. When I try to sync with Outlook 2003 I get the Support Code:85010014 error. I followed the firewall directions at the Symantec site, I deleted and reinstalled ActiveSync 4.1 I have soft and hard reset my AximX50v and I have restarted my desktop over 50 times trying different things in true Windows fashion. Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it. AS recognizes my Axim and I can xfer files but no Outlook. It worked fine a few weeks ago. I just want my schedule on my handheld. Thanks for any help provided.

I had the same problem today. I upgraded my Axim X50v to WM5, and used ActiveSync 4.1, and it hangs on the calendar. I was on the phone with Dell for 5 hours, and they are sending me another Axim . . .

I have had this problem since day one, but only on my 'second' PC. I synch everything (contacts, Tasks, etc) at home, and have never had a problem. But when I try to sync at work, I get the dreaded 85010014 error. The only way around it I have found is to (each day) 'delete handheld setting' within Activesync and then reconnect to establish the connection.

They ask to make sure that you don't have both outlook 2002 and 2003 installed--sometimes that can cause the error so make sure to uninstall 2002
