According to your "My PDA," you have an X50 with WM5.0. If true, you need ActiveSync 4.0 or 4.1 as previous versions will not work with WM5.

o...I went back because I couldn't connect via BT. Any help? Neither of the computers when connect show sync as a service.

Check the links from this thread. It works with the X51 so I assume the same procedure will work with the X50 with WM5.

It won't list sync as a service when i connect via bt, it only gives serial port. Please help.
