Microsoft Outlook is no longer installed...???

I synced my Pocket PC yesterday morning and afternoon and did not have a problem. I tried to sync it today and I get this error. Outlook 2003 is installed and running correctly. I am using ActiveSync 4.1.0. Does anyone know why it would be giving me this error message?

There were some issues with CCLeaner and Outlook 2003 awhile back - Google search to find them - if I recall the solution was to reinstall Outlook.
