For the life of me I can not figure this issue out. I am very familiar with PPC and ActiveSync, so I have tried just about everything.

All of a sudden my PPC syncs fine with all of my conduits except tasks. Each time I cradle my Dell Axim v50 I get a dialog box that states, "tasks have never been synced with this computer." Then I have to choose whether to replace or combine. Furthermore, each time I remove the PDA from the cradle and then close ActiveSync I receive another dialog box, "WCESMgr.exe 0x73e68c30 reference at 0x02cc4d30. Memory could not be read." What is going on!!!! It is getting annoying replacing my tasks everyday. I depend heavily on them.

Following are the actions I have taken so far with no fix:

1. Soft Reset
2. Hard Reset
3. Uninstalled ActiveSync
4 Re-installed ActiveSync
5. Obtained replacement Axim v50
6. Manually deleted all tasks
7. Manually re-entered all tasks

Is there a corruption in my tasks database on the PDA itself? HELP!!!!!!!
