Has anyone run accross this proble? I use and transfer a LOT of word documents between my laptop and my axim. However, about half the time I get a error message:
Cannot convert file:
The file converter did not fiind the expected data while reading the input file

The funny thing about this is sometimes, umpteen tries later, it finally does the transfer. OTher times it requires my to fully shutdown and reboot the laptop and axim befroe any files convert. It works a few times, then whammo, same error message.

I have the newest version on activesync installed. Anyone know a quick and permenant fix?

Do you have enough room on your axim for loading the files. I sometime face transfer errors when i am running low on memory even though i may have enough to transfer the reqd file.

try providing for more memory than reqd before the transfer and see if that works.

i've got the same error .. buth in my case i just can't solve it, nothing works, i can sync with activesync, buth when i ty to transfer a larger file (+100mb) i get this error..
anyone who know a way to fix this ??
