Unable to sync email messages with Outlook

I have an Axim x51. I have no trouble synchonizing calendars, contacts, task from Outlook. However, I not able to retrieve emails from Outlook inbox with Activesynch. If the email option is checked in Activesynch, then I would get the error below:
ActiveSync entountered a problem on the desktop. Support code:86000108.

Could anyone know how to fix this problem so I'll be able to sync email messages from Outlook inbox into Axim?
Thanks

I would suggest removing the partnership from the computer (do this in AS on your PC) and then trying to set up the Sync options again. If you don't have terrible amounts of stuff on you Axim you could also hard reset it (again, only if you haven't put a lot of software and other stuff on that would be hard to get back to how you like it).
