Activesync calendar and time zones

I am on the east coast. A colleague is on the west coast. He added a meeting to my outlook calendar at 11 AM his time.

I got added to my Outlook correctly at 2PM. But, it appears at 11 AM on the Axim.

My Clocks&Alarms settings is correct for GMT-5 Eastern US.

Any fix for this?

I am really not sure about this, but have you checked "Synchronise mobile device clock upon connecting" in your Activesync > Options ?

Yes. It has been a while, but I thought I remember this working correctly on WM2003SE and Activesync 3.8. Could this be a WM5 issue or a Activesync 4 problem?

Sorry, I would not know about WM5/AS4 issues as I use the X5 with WM3/AS3.8. I will check on this and revert if I find something.

I had the same issue happen in the past on my X50V with WM2003SE.

The only strange thing that I remember doing is that I accepted the invitation on my Axim directly. The original invitation had the correct hours, but for some reason the hours were off on the PPC.

I was only able to manually correct the times on the invitation.

No fix, but it has not happened since.
