AS with redirected 'My Documents' folder

I just got my Axim x51 last week and I have been having a small problem with AS. My network has the 'My Documents' folder redirected to a network location via group policy by UNC. So when I go to look at my File Syncronization settings, I see in the location: \\servername\sharename\folder\...

I have searched in my registry for this setting and cannot find it and I don't recall an option to change the location during install. All I want to do is have it sync with a locally created folder instead of the redirected 'My Documents' folder.

Is there any way to change this because everytime I create a Word/Excel file on my PDA and attempt to sync it, the file goes bye-bye and I get 'unresolved items' for files.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kevin

PS: I asked this in the introductions area and someone suggested I ask it here.

There is a work around but a little tedious and not a great Sync option:
Do not select the 'Files' to be synced within your AS. Now once you sync your contacts, calender etc., and it says synchronisation complete, you simply browse to your Axim through the desktop AS app and copy/paste the files you want to/from any folder within your Desktop to/from the Axim!
As I said: Not a great Sync option since you will have to manually decide which file goes where.
Hope this helps .... till you find a better way. Cheers!
