i have a problem , when i connect my axim 51 to my laptop with widows xp sp2, the acive sync start automatically and keep saying (connecting) and all buttons in the active sync in shadow, i chaked the firewall and still not working, can any one tell me how to work it ? is it neccessary to establish an internet connection to connect my axim?

also the axim say it is a problem of connection with the server? how i can overcome this problem and how to set the connection ???

Hi.First of all you must charge the Active Sync from CD Dell.Click in Getting Started to acces proncipal menu.Click in Start here.Click in Install ActyveSync.Follow instruction on the screen.Then you can connect your PDA.
