Unresolved items in Favorites

I keep getting two unresolved items in favorites when I sync the device. Also, does internet explorer favorites sync to the axim? Mine doesn't. Is there a way to get my favorites from my PC onto the axim? Any idea what the unresolved items could be?

Does anyone else get this problem. Is this something that I just have to rack up to "an acceptable level of dysfunction" from Microsoft?

Try unchecking Favorites off your items to be synced list, syncing, then adding Favorites back on. The settings should be under Tools - Options. There you can also check/uncheck specific URLs.

Not really an answer to your question, but perhaps an alternative...

Every now and again I save my favorites (Bookmarks in Firefox) as an html file and send that over to my X50V. I use that html file as my PocketInternetExplorer (PIE) home page.

I tried the suggestion of Gigi's and unfortunately it doesn't get rid of the unresolved error or sync my pc internet explorer.
AKAJohnDoe, great idea! I did try this but I didn't get my url's that are in folders. Could you give me a quick step by step on this suggestion.

I went for a bit of a work around. I opened my favourites in the mobile device while docked. Then I opened my favourites from my PC's internet explorer and manually copied and pasted them over to the mobiles favourites. It created more unresolved issues while syncing but at least the favourites are there on the axim.

YIKES, OK. DON'T do what I just suggested above. It seems to wipe all favourites from the PC and axim.[/I][/I][/I]

sunblood, were you able to check/uncheck individual URLS in the settings? That is, click Tools - Options, then highlight Favorites. Then click Settings and you will see a list of your URLs. You can try checking and unchecking them to see which one causes you the problem.

Oooh. Sherman, set the wayback machine. Can AKAJohnDoe remember how to use IE anymore?

In IE, doesn't File, Import and Export, Next, Export favorites get everything selected?

I use FireFox and I just go to Bookmarks, Manage Bookmarks, File, Export and it gets everything, including those in folders and subfolders.

I know, I know. IE is sort of archaic. I use Firefox exclusively so going to IE is like re-figuring out how to operate a VHS.
I did figure it out though. I did erase everything for some reason but after copied and pasted again from the PC's IE favourites into the Axim favourites it finally took.
