Please Help! x30 won't provide option to sync Cal, Contacts, Tasks, etc.
I am a newcomer to the Axim pleasure-pain continuum, and spent more time wrestling with ActiveSync than sleeping since I bought the device.
I am running Outlook 2003, Win Mobile 2003 2nd ed., and Win XP Home ed. Whether I run ActiveSync 3.7 or 4.1, the results are the same: The ActiveSync "Options" box that appears after choosing to establish a partnership does NOT provide check-boxes next to the Calendar, Contacts, Notes, and Tasks. The sync process with the Inbox and Favorites is seamless, so I don't think my ZoneAlarm suite is interfering...It's as if ActiveSync doesn't recognize the Outlook Calendar, Contacts, etc. as being installed. The device is connected via USB to my HP laptop. Bless your souls if anyone can help me solve this debilitating puzzle.  | |||
