ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

what am I doing wrong?
ok..just got mu axim today, trying to install activesyne, so i got the new 4.1 version, but all it will go is the green circle just spins...nothing else...what am I doing wrong....please help this newbie

One of the first questions I have is....what are you trying to sync? (email, calendar, contacts, files, etc)

Make sure that you follow the steps given - install ActiveSync fully (reboot if needed). Connect your sync cable and turn your Axim on and connect it. You should be prompted to establish a new partnership - if you get to that point you should be good to go.

There are also some good threads to look at on this forum talking about problems experienced with ActiveSync 4.1 (I personally haven't had any problems with this version of ActiveSynce).

I am rying to be able to put some of the programs on the axim i got on the CD, i also want to put pics , music, and files on...but all the activesync thing will do is seem like it loading....but the green circle just spins....I am lost
