ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

After installing ActiveSync can't install new USB devices
Hi there, I'm having an Issue with a Sansa M240 mp3 player, after installing activesync I got it connected, but after installing it, it seems that could not be detected...

Activesync is the problem here or its me?

Intellisync shouldn't affect the detection of other USB devices.
Are you getting any errors?
Have you rebooted?

Sorry, I am missing the reference to Intellisync from his post!

You meant Activesync not Intellisync, right?

In that case, yes Activesync should not prevent other USB device to be installed unless there is a conflict in the addressing or something.

My bad....I was ordering the Intellisync software when I wrote the post.
I did mean Activesync.

And yes I've tryed my pendrive installed before activesync and it worked... the the mp3 player and it doesn't work...

Tryed on another computer and worked great...

I think that activesync reservers some resources for itself that maybe this damn mp3 player need, I'm about to upgrade my computer.

When ready I'll tell what is the problem
