I have set up outlook 2002 on my PC, and also have an exchange server I sync with.

I also have about 4 different pop3 or IMAP accounts I regularly check.

Is it possible to use outlook to download all my email for these 4 accounts, and then sync it with the Axim, or will the axim only sync the main account with outlook.

If you set up Outlook to use the 4 POP3/IMAP accounts, then ActiveSync will sync the In Box. It doesn't know or care from where the messages came, only that they are in the In Box. You should be okay.
