I've got 2 unresolved items... one is a contact and one is a task. When i right click on each and "resolve items", it goes through the procedure but does not show what is unresolved. It then goes directly back to unresolved. Is there a way I can find out what's not resolved?

I've had the same problem tons of times. I haven't found anything that tells me what the issue isn't resolving.

What I did to fix it was write down the contact's information, delete the contact and remake it.

It could also be that the Contact no longer exist - some one who you invited to a meeting, who is thus in your contact list (or something) who no longer works for the company....that was what I ran into.
