ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

Unable to sync Outlook 2003 SP2 with X30, WM2003SE + ActiveSync 3.8
My machine at work got replaced and I had to reinstall everything again, including ActiveSync. I don't have any problem sync'ing Contacts in Outlook, Files, Avantgo or Worldmate, but there're some items on the Calander that ActiveSync was unable to resolve and it just keep running forever. Could someone advice? My config is:

Axim X30 running WM2003SE
PC running Windows XP, MS Outlook 2003 SP2, ActiveSync 3.8
