Worried Exchange User Problem

Hi
I've set up a brand new X51v with 4.1 to connect to our Exchange 2003 server. After many installs/re-installs, it seems my 0x85010014 error on exchange is related somehow to my user ID in AD/Exchange.
I have a test user in AD/Exchange that has almost identical properties, and when I use those credentials in the server connection it synchronizes perfectly. I am also able to send a message from the Axim using that test account to my true e-mail account.
Can anyone shed any light here? I do not belong to over 200 groups - which is the closest idea found when scouring the net. I do belong to several groups and have domain privledges, as well as my mail account limitations are disabled (not default).
I have tried with cached mode on and off and still no difference. We are using CommVault attachment redirection, but I have about 12 other users using this and the Axim/AS4.1 without any problems.
Any help would be appreciated - since I am stuck synch'ing with the desktop alone for the moment...

TIA
