Every time in sync my Dell Axim 5 it will sync then disconnects. It will stay connected for 2-3 minutes then disconnects. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing this same issue with my x5 and Activesync 3.8 through the cradle. I've checked the power management settings for the USB Root and they are turned off......

I turned off the power management settings in the USB Root, it did not correct my problem.
